Tony takes a holistic approach when discussing financial strategies with his clients, while striving to understand their goals and future plans. Tony works closely with employers in the non-profit sector, partnering with them to develop and administer retirement plans for employees. Tony holds his FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 registrations, and is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. He is a member of the Equitable Hall of Fame. Tony earned a Certificate in Retirement Planning from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Retirement Planning Specialist title awarded by Equitable Advisors, based upon receipt of a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Tony resides in Powell, OH with his wife Courtney, and children, AC, Lucia & Domenico. He is affiliated with St. Joan of Arc Parish and the Columbus Italian American Club.
After growing up in the Philadelphia, PA area, Ryan earned his bachelor's degree at The Ohio State University and began his career in financial services in 2008. Taking a comprehensive approach to retirement planning, investment strategy and risk management, Ryan continues to expand his practice to better serve individuals and organizations in Central Ohio. In addition to maintaining his FINRA Series 7, Series 66 registrations, Ryan attained the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation in 2017, which provides him a deeper knowledge and insight into the retirement planning needs of his clients. Ryan resides in Hilliard with his wife and two children. He is active with the Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) and is also the Co-President of the Scioto Run Civic Association.
Ryan began his financial career in 2002, and is dedicated to helping individuals and families in the public school and non-profit sector achieve financial success. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, specializing in Risk Management and Finance. Ryan lives in Canal Winchester, OH with his wife Johnean, and his children, Grace and Jack. He enjoys volunteering with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Project Mentor program, and his church, St Catharine of Siena parish.
Tara joined the Empowerment Wealth team in 2019 after working in the real estate industry for four years. She directly assists Anthony Insana by maintaining and growing his practice with a client-centric approach. She attended Kent State University for marketing prior to obtaining her real estate license. She most recently earned her life and health insurance certification. Tara resides in Worthington with her dog Ezra and cat Jack.
Michelle joined the Empowerment Wealth team in 2019 and brings more than 6 years of office administration experience. She directly assists Ryan Goodwin and Ryan Johnson by maintaining and growing their practice with a client-centric approach. Originally from Illinois, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre at Western Illinois University. She most recently earned a Bookkeeping Certificate from Columbus State Community College and is certified in Excel and Quickbooks. Michelle lives in Dublin with her husband Isaac, and in her spare time teaches at the Columbus Children’s Theatre while also performing in theatre productions around the city.
